Pipes with a co-extrusion outer layer are manufactured in accordance with GOST 18599.
In accordance with the technical conditions, pipes are used in water supply networks, including drinking water networks. Compared with conventional pressure polyethylene pipes, they have an increased coefficient of resistance due to the absence of soot and secondary raw materials in the inner layer. The thickness of the outer layer is 10% of the thickness of the pipe wall. The inner and outer layers form a monolithic structure and take up loads together. The inner layer from natural PE 100 provides excellent weldability. The outer layer from light-stabilized PE 100 simplifies the visual identification of damage and control of the weld, protects the inner layer from UV radiation.
The service life is up to 50 years.
Pipes are made in straight sections and coils. The color of the pipes is black with blue longitudinal marking strips in the amount of 4 pieces, evenly distributed around the circumference of the pipe.
